Looking for a different exercise routine? How about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu right here in Los Lunas?

Los Lunas Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu teaches the martial art and combat sports system focused on grappling and ground fighting. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend themselves or another against a bigger, stronger, heavier assailant by using proper technique and leverage and taking the fight to the ground.

All ages can participate in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as a sport or method for promoting physical fitness. It builds character in young people and can eventually become a way of life.

Tammy Griego, whom is a recipient of several Brazilian jiu-jitsu certificates, teaches many of the classes. Several other certified jiu-jitsu instructors teach at the Los Lunas facility.
