Below are pictures that display the current construction activities at the Village of Los Lunas Facebook Data Center site in the Huning Business Park. Facebook’s huge data center project in the Village of Los Lunas is 250 acres NW of Interstate 25. During a tour of the project last week there were various active construction projects throughout the data center site area.
The building has not been built yet, but I noticed hundreds of construction workers on site moving dirt and doing the necessary prep work prior to construction of the first building.
The first building will be close to a million square feet and will take approximately 18 months to build. This project will be a game changer for the Village of Los Lunas, Valencia County, and the Albuquerque Metro Area.
