Los Lunas is a friendly, pro-development community located 20 minutes from downtown Albuquerque, and easily accessed off the major Interstate 25. As the second fastest growing city in the state, we proudly offer a fast, 3 week or less approval process of commercial and residential plans. We have three large tracts of commercial and industrial land available with infrastructure already in place, and currently have three residential builders actively building in Los Lunas. Some of the existing major retail we are home to include Home Depot, Lowe’s, Applebee’s, Starbucks, Chili’s, and the Wal-Mart Supercenter and Distribution Center, which sees 300 trucks a day.
