If you are going to the Mitchell Theatre Starlight Cinema 8 or to Chili’s Grill and Bar on Sun Ranch Village Loop west of Interstate 25 then look for the new shopping center being built on the south side of Sun Ranch Village Loop. The shopping center will be about 10,000 square feet and is intended for retail space or professional offices. The completion date for the building is expected to be January 2019 at the latest. This is the first shopping center built west of I-25 in several years.
