We have three large tracts of commercial and industrial land available with infrastructure already in place, and currently have three residential builders actively building in Los Lunas. Some of the existing major retail we are home to include Home Depot, Lowe’s, Applebee’s, Starbucks, Chili’s, and the Wal-Mart Supercenter and Distribution Center, which sees 300 trucks a day.
