When you step into Joe’s Barber Shop in Los Lunas you immediately feel comfortable. Maybe it’s the James Dean poster that greets you, or perhaps the children’s drawings hanging from the wall, or the pictures of “famous” people we remember fondly. Put it all together and it spells comfort. Joe’s Barber Shop owner Joe Nilvo works at making customers comfortable in the shop located at 412 Main St. NW. Nilvo’s fellow barber AJ Trujillo also makes people comfortable. The two barbers offer regular haircuts, flat tops, and fades, as well as beard trims. Seniors and veterans can get a $10 reduced rate haircut on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.
